Ran across chatbuzz.co.uk today, and liked it - its a new forum for the discussion of anything and everything...if there isn't an applicable category just email the owners and they'll add one!
Liked the really clean design, seems much nicer than most of the phpBB etc powered forums out there...its modern looking, simple and tableless with various bits of ajax functionaility. You can post pictures, links and embed video in your posts as well.
